You can have both with a five-speed manual tranny that incorporates manually operated Jeep tradition, with upscale modern design. The 5-speed manual transaxle gets a remarkable 23 city / 28 highway miles per gallon[1] with the standard 172 horsepower 2.4-liter World Engine.

    5-spd manual transmission with 2.4-Liter engine is standard on Sport and Limited.

  • Continuously Variable Transaxle

    Compass Sport's available second-generation Continuously Variable Transaxle (CVT2) with AutoStick® use a steel-push belt and pulleys instead of gears for a smooth and efficient driving experience. The CVT2 transaxle achieves a noteworthy 23 city /27 highway miles per gallon[1] when mated to Compass Sport 4x2's available 2.0-liter World Engine on front-wheel-drive models.
