Five-Star Frontal-Impact Rating
Jeep® Grand Cherokee has earned the U.S. Government's highest rating for frontal-impact crash testing – five stars.[1] You'll also feel reassured knowing both passive and active features, such as advanced front multistage air bags,[2] Electronic Stability Program (ESP)[3] and antilock brakes (ABS), have been designed to help keep you safer and more secure during your on and off-road adventures.

Five-Star Side-Impact Rating
Five Stars. That's right. The Jeep® Grand Cherokee earned the highest possible front and side-impact crash rating from the U.S. Government for 2007 and 2008 models.[1] A full range of safety and security features come standard on Grand Cherokee. Its overall strength is a result of the sum of its components: standard advanced multistage driver and front passenger air bags[2] and side occupant protection system with side-curtain air bags,[2] standard Electronic Stability Program (ESP),[3] and four-wheel Antilock Brake System (ABS) with brake assist. All of these features and safety and security systems have been designed to help keep you safer and more secure during your on and off-road adventures.
