Four-Speed Automatic
An available four-speed automatic transmission offers the freedom of smooth hands-free shifting. It's just another example of the Jeep® brands freedom-of-choice. The four-speed automatic transmission is standard on Wrangler X Right Hand Drive, available on all other Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited models.

Solid Axles
Wrangler's Next Generation solid axles feature added durability and articulation thanks to a larger driveshaft, stiffer housing, larger pinion bearing and above-center pinion mounting. Front axle: Rubicon models come standard with a Dana 44. Rear axle: All Wrangler models come standard with a Dana 44 rear axle. Axle ratio: Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited come with either a 4.10:1, 3.21:1 or 3.73:1 depending upon model and transmission.
