Meghan Trainor

The new
princess of pop

2014 was a good year for Meghan Trainor. She had the biggest-selling debut for a female artist's first full-length album in over five years and her debut single “All About That Bass” spent 8 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was #1 in 58 countries worldwide. She has multiple Grammy nominations. Her follow-up songs have both passed the gold mark. She’s had more than 600 million YouTube views to date.
Oh, and she didn’t turn 21 until the end of the year. Meghan Trainor first started producing music at the age of 13. At 18 she turned down a prestigious music scholarship and began jetting back and forth from her home on Nantucket Island to Los Angeles. She signed her first major record deal early in 2014 and has been setting the world on fire ever since. She’s just getting started.
