Bring on the 80s, full of slicked-back hair, slickrock trails, 4x4s and the birth of the Red Rock 4-Wheelers organization in 1982. Thanks to its founder, geologist George Schultz, they turned a loose weekend scramble into an organized (but rad as ever) pilgrimage for Jeep® Brand enthusiasts. Trails got maps, leaders, recovery crews and a rulebook making it more accessible, but the daytime rock crawling, campfire story swaps and camaraderie kept the Jeep Brand spirit rumbling loud and proud.
