The New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe 48V Hybrid powertrain combines the performance of a conventional 136 HP engine with two electric motors (21kW each) and the excitement of driving a Jeep_®. It provides a maximum torque of 230 Nm, a top speed of 194 km/h and a 0-100 km acceleration in 9.5s.

The Hill-Descent Control technology of the New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe gives you maximum traction and grip when going downhill.

The Selec-Terrain_® system of the New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe lets you choose from four specific driving modes to handle various terrain conditions: Auto, Sand/Mud, Snow, and Sport.

The New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe is able to overcome 40% slopes on gravel and up to 20% slopes when the front axle has no grip. The 22.7:1 reducer coupled with the rear electric motor gives the outstanding 1.900Nm torque to the wheels.

Thanks to the power looping technology, the system can guarantee the all-wheel drive despite the battery’s charge level. The front thermal engine provides traction to the front wheels, and the front electric engine works as a generator and supplies the energy to the rear electric one. In this way, the rear electric engine ensures traction to the rear wheels.

The New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe can move using the front electric motor with the combustion engine off in various situations, such as: when driving front-wheel drive, up to 1km under 30 km/h, up to 50% electric drive in the city, small manoeuvers when the brake pedal is released (e-Creeping), to launch the vehicle with an e-motor (e-Launch), to follow a Stop&Go in full-Electric (e-Queueing) and to park in full-Electric (e-Parking).

The system is able to recover energy while the New Jeep_® Avenger 4xe is decelerating thanks to regenerative deceleration.

The Connect One pack is included as standard when you order your vehicle. By activating it, you can contact the 24/7 call center for roadside assistance via the SOS button located inside your vehicle, or contact the vehicle customer support directly from the Jeep_® app. The system automatically provides the vehicle position to the call center, when you are unable to do so yourself. You can also be informed on your health vehicle status and much more.

The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) electronic system maintains the cruising speed pre-set by the driver and, by detecting any vehicle in front, automatically adjusts the car’s speed while maintaining the safety distance.

The Autonomous Emergency Braking system predicts obstacles, even while travelling on suburban roads. The New Avenger can brake automatically to avoid or mitigate collision with preceding vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists. At first, the car alerts the driver with an acoustic and visual warning in the instrument cluster, and if the driver does not respond, the car breaks, helping to avoid or mitigate potential impact.

Feel more confident in knowing what’s beside or behind you. The Blind Spot Detection system reduces the risk of accidents during lane changes by alerting you when other vehicles travel into one of your blind spot zones.

Maintain the correct speed on every road. By communicating directly with the Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA), the new Traffic Sign Recognition system (TSR) is able to read road signs and deliver a warning if the vehicle is exceeding the speed limit, or if it notices any other possible restrictions.

The Lane Keeping Assist system measures your position within lane boundaries. If the system detects an unintentional lane drift, it will alert you and correct the vehicle's position back onto its lane.

The L2 assisted drive system simplify the driving experience and the long trips, keeping the right distance from the vehicle in the front and the position of the vehicle in the center of the lane with an active action on the steering wheel.
