The available Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System optimizes engine and drivetrain systems to help Renegade adapt to a variety of surfaces such as snow, sand or mud, with exclusive Rock mode and Hill Descent Control standard on Trailhawk® models.

The 2022 Jeep® Renegade features a choice of two available 4x4 systems. The first is the Jeep Active Drive System, a fully automatic, single-speed Power Transfer Unit. The second is the Trailhawk®-exclusive Jeep Active Drive Low, including a 4-Low mode with an impressive 21:1 crawl ratio.
