The 2023 Jeep® Renegade features a choice of two available 4x4 systems. The Jeep Active Drive System is a fully automatic, single-speed Power Transfer Unit. The Trailhawk®-exclusive Jeep Active Drive Low includes a 4-Low mode with an impressive 21:1 crawl ratio.
TRACTION
The Trailhawk® offers great off-road traction with its exclusive Jeep® Active Drive Low 4x4 system. The system features a 4-Low mode that is perfect for overcoming tricky obstacles.
WATER FORDING
With a high air intake, sealed electrical connections and moisture-resistant body openings, you’re ready to cross creeks, streams and puddles up to 19 inches deep.
MANEUVERABILITY
Maneuver tight, treacherous trails or navigate around rocks or fallen logs with precision steering systems and optimized wheelbases.

The 1.3L direct injection MultiAir® Turbo four-cylinder engine features up to 29 highway mpg, 177 horsepower and 210 pound-feet of torque. It also has Engine Stop/Start technology when paired with the nine-speed automatic transmission, which significantly maximizes the efficiency of this dynamic workhorse.
