The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler ranges between 5,000 and 6,100 pounds.

The 2023 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited can tow up to a maximum of 3,500 pounds, when properly equipped. The 2023 Jeep® Wrangler two-door can tow up to a maximum of 2,000 pounds, when properly equipped.

The 2023 Jeep® Wrangler comes with one of four standard and available 4x4 systems. The Command-Trac® 4x4 System (2.72:1 low ratio) is a part-time system, which provides the driver the ability to change into four different drive modes: Neutral, 4Low, 4Hi, and 2WD. To engage 4-Low Mode on these systems, ensure the transmission is in neutral while traveling at low speed and move the shift lever into the 4-Low position. Then return the transmission to the required gear. Reverse the process to shift into 4-Hi Mode. 4-Low and 4-Hi will always keep 4WD engaged when selected.

 

The Rock-Trac® 4x4 System (4:1 low ratio) comes standard in a part-time system or a full-time system, depending on model. The part-time follows the same driver-intervention instructions described for the Command-Trac® 4x4 System above.

 

A full-time system provides the same four drive modes described above, but adds a 4-Hi Auto mode. This mode will engage/disengage 4WD when needed to maintain traction. The available Selec-Trac® 4x4 System (2.72:1 low ratio) is a also full-time system.

The length of the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler depends on the model. The two-door Wrangler and the Wrangler Rubicon with standard Rock-Trac® is 166.8 inches, the four-door model is 188.4 inches and the Wrangler Unlimited with the Xtreme Recon Package is 192.5 inches.

The width of all 2023 Wrangler models is 73.9 inches except for the Wrangler Unlimited with the Xtreme Recon Package, which is 79.3 inches wide.

To reset the oil change light on the 2023 Jeep® Wrangler, follow these steps.

-          Turn the ignition on without engaging the engine.

-          In the instrument cluster display, select “Vehicle Info” and then “Oil Life”.

-          Push and hold the OK button for 2 seconds until the the oil change indicator resets.
